1. Prevent looking directly into shiny objects with naked sight. For example sun, shiny lights, lightning etc.
2. Do not strain your sight too much while stitching or doing embroidery work or knitting.
3. Do not sit with your go bent for a lengthy time.
4. Limit your television viewing time as this impacts the sight.
5. Resting late at nights and sleeping a lengthy time during the day also causes swelling of sight.
6. Do not study very fine prints at a stretch for a lengthy time. It strains the sight.
7. Always study wherever there is proper lighting.
